Hello!! You can call me Lori, and I’m a pursuing artist. I do a lot of art, but mainly stick to digital works. Focusing on the creations of designs, ranging from the cutest of creatures to the scariest of humanoids at your front door.
I’m currently enrolling in a Principles of Marketing class to help me pursue my art career. I believe it’s a fundamental class, as I can learn how to promote and market for my own free lance but also when working with companies. Since I’ll be majoring in graphic design, it’s very important that I know my own work's value and how to market that work to others. Otherwise I’ll be living in a cardboard box. To avoid that, learning how to promote my works and other items I wish to sell to the public is key and something I’m hoping to learn.
I’m mostly passionate about art, and all of its forms. I occasionally will take a step away from digital works and do things like painting/watercoloring, pottery, sewing/costume making, crocheting, foam working, and even jewelry making. Besides art, I also like to research animals, scrolling through sources and reading up on their habitats and how they work. I’m also slowly getting into bone hunting, which so far, has been very fun. I like to take photos of the animal bones I find, and occasionally take back smaller bones. I take them to either clean and keep or to make traditional primitive tools with.
